What the heck is IronBrick??
It is a training session that I find is the key to mental and physical preparation for the Iron-distance triathlon and the basis for most of our plans.
What does that mean to you? It means that we will design, for you, a plan that will allow you to match or exceed your triathlon or running goals. We will teach you to set goals for yourself and give you the tools (the Ironbricks) to build the machine to achieve those goals.Our plan will be custom designed each month to provide you with a schedule that will be easy to follow and effective!
NEW STAFF Announcement!! In order to continue to provide the most personalized and dedicated service to my athletes, I have decided to add a highly qualified Assistant Coach to the staff of IronBrick Training. Please join me in welcoming Samantha Murphy to our staff. I am very excited to have her on board! While she is coming aboard now she will officially begin in a coaching capacity on Jan 1, 2012!

Fall Events - As we move toward the offseason, the IronBrick staff is seeking locations for group workouts and classes for the Fall/Winter months. If you know of a place we can swim or exercise (core, aerobics, boot-camp), please contact me at ironbricktri@gmail.com.
Group Brick workouts are now on Tuesday nights starting from CC Lake Sailboat Cove @ 6pm.....
